Order Tracking

Upon shipment, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can monitor your package’s progress in real-time. If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team immediately.

Delivery Issues & Policy Notes

• Incorrect Address Information: Please double-check your shipping details carefully at checkout. Blendira is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@blendira.com before the order is shipped.
• Damaged Items in Transit: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will promptly review your issue and provide a suitable solution (replacement or full refund) at no extra cost to you.
• Split Shipments: In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately due to warehouse availability or package size. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional charge.

We provide a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all tags, parts, and accessories attached.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs & Instructions

• Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, Blendira will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.
• Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse): If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@blendira.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right right away.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Custom Products: Special orders, personalized items, or custom-made goods.
• Perishable Goods & Hygiene Items: Items with broken original safety seals or used personal health/hygiene items.
• Gift Cards & Sale Items: Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must still be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
