30-Day Return Window

We provide a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it (unused and unworn).
In its original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@blendira.com.
Defective/Wrong Items: If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, Blendira will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
Personal care goods (if the original safety seal is broken).
Custom or personalized products.
Sale items and gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–12 business days.
